Clinic Policies

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Reserved Time for Your Healing

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We encourage patients—especially first-time visitors—to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, check-in, and complete any outstanding health forms.

24-Hour Notice Required

We understand that unexpected emergencies and life events occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' advance notice.

Late Cancellations & Missed Visits

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows), may be subject to a standard cancellation fee. This policy allows us to accommodate other patients who may be awaiting care.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving Late for Your Appointment

We make every effort to maintain a punctual schedule out of respect for all our patients. If you arrive late for your scheduled session:

Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the patient scheduled immediately after you.

If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure you receive the full therapeutic benefit of your care plan. (Applicable fees may apply).
